By creating an account, browsing, or subscribing to TradeWithAstro (https://tradewithastro.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To use TradeWithAstro, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep your credentials up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Any actions taken under your authenticated login are deemed to be your sole responsibility.
- You must notify us immediately at info@tradewithastro.com if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscription Tiers, Billing & Access Mechanics
TradeWithAstro offers both free and paid digital subscription tiers:
Single-User License: Subscriptions grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license for individual use only. Account sharing, concurrent multi-device broadcast, or re-selling of subscription access is strictly prohibited.
Payment Processing: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. By choosing a plan, you authorize the charge to your payment instrument.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials published on TradeWithAstro—including software algorithms, ephemeris integration code, calibrated statistical weights, mundane astrology models, charts, text, visual design, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of TradeWithAstro and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and relevant international intellectual property treaties.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, license, broadcast, or republish any part of our platform or predictive calculations without explicit prior written authorization.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest data or predictions from our site.
- Distributing or re-broadcasting our predictions in paid Telegram groups, WhatsApp channels, or advisory advisory forums.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system security, rate limiters, or authentication mechanisms.
- Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims or unauthorized transaction disputes.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice or refund if we reasonably determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or attempted to compromise the integrity of our service.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- TradeWithAstro and its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including trading losses, lost capital, loss of profits, or business interruption—arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service or predictions.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to TradeWithAstro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeWithAstro and its operators against any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your trading activities.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or controversy arising under or relating to these Terms, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
